Meet our Chef
Discover Chef Mariana’s journey from Lebanon to Port Melbourne
Mariana, born and raised in Lebanon, moved to Sydney at 18 and later to Melbourne, where she fell in love with the city's vibrant culinary culture. Inspired by Julia Child, she pursued her dream of becoming a chef, training in France and earning a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu before launching her own culinary ventures, including Brûlée and now Salam.
